What are the different status for my payment : Pending, processing, Paid?

  • Pending: You have requested your payment and our team will review it to ensure the compliance with our Terms and conditions.

  • Processing: Our financial team is currently dealing with your payment.

  • Paid: Our financial team have sent the payment.

  • Rejected: The most common reason that a payment is rejected is that a wrong banking informations. Please make sure your payment method details are correct. For more information, contact us at support@appmediation.com or your account manager directly.
